Jon Winsett

Jon Winsett - CEO

As CEO, Jon is responsible for the managing and leading NPI's performance and business strategy, while driving the growth of NPI's multiple spend management practices. With more than 22 years of experience leading IT companies in the US and abroad, he fosters a success-oriented and accountable team environment based on trust, respect and commitment - all of which has been instrumental in NPI's client success. Prior to NPI, Jon was VP of North American sales and UK Country Manager at Seagull Software, a publicly-traded technology company. Jon shares his perspective on spend management as a frequent contributor to major news outlets such as CNN, Fox and CNBC. Outside of NPI, Jon is an avid helicopter pilot and an active participant in Atlanta's philanthropic community. Jon holds a BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Jeff Muscarella

Jeff Muscarella - Executive Vice President, IT Division

As Executive Vice President of NPI's Technology Division, Jeff is responsible for leading a team of world-class technology spend management experts that deliver unprecedented savings to each and every client. Working with NPI's clients to increase the value of spend management as a strategic discipline, Jeff focuses on the processes and deliverables that integrate spend management, IT portfolio management, and IT strategy and planning. Jeff has 26 years of IT experience in industries as diverse as financial services, consumer products, retail, government and utilities. His background includes 15 years of technology and management consulting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Accenture where he worked with Fortune 1000 companies. Jeff is also a published author and an active participant in several high-tech and charitable organizations. When he's not focusing his professional passion on NPI, he can be found at the racetrack honing his driving skills and teaching others as a high performance driving school instructor. Jeff has a MBA from Emory University and a BS in Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
John Haber

John Haber - Executive Vice President, Transportation Division

John launched NPI's Transportation Division in early 2006, and under his leadership, grew the division to serve hundreds of clients - including marquee accounts such as Sephora, Tupperware, CVS and Canon. In addition to leading the transportation spend management expert team, John manages development of NPI's proprietary logistics software and analytical tools. Prior to NPI, John held various executive level positions at UPS, where he was instrumental in developing both internal and external profitability and activity-based costing models. John also managed the UPS Strategic Account Profitability group that audited the pricing and profitability of UPS' top customers. John is widely considered one of the logistics industry's foremost thought leaders on spend management, and is frequently quoted and published in outlets such as Logistics Management, PARCEL and the Journal of Commerce. In his personal time, John serves on boards of charitable organizations and can also be found cheering on the Tarheels - as he holds a BS in Political Science from The University of North Carolina.
Todd Wolff

Todd Wolff - Founder

In 2002, after spending two decades working in the technology industry, Todd founded NPI with a vision to level the playing field for corporate technology buyers with real-time fair market pricing. As a former technology vendor executive at various companies, Todd brings to NPI a drive to build compelling spend management solutions for the firm's clients, while fostering an internal climate of extraordinary customer service. Today, Todd manages a portfolio of large corporate clients and provides leadership and direction alongside the executive team. He demands NPI's culture be one of "going the extra mile" and his focus has permeated every corner of the firm's delivery model. An avid sports fan, Todd can be found spending time with his two sons - Austin and Bailey - at a variety of sporting events.
Kim Addington

Kim Addington - COO & CMO

Kim is responsible for marketing and for NPI's finance, HR, legal and facilities operations. She joined the company in 2010 with over 30 years of strategic marketing and executive management experience, having established successful product management, positioning, marketing communications, PR, investor relations, demand generation, CRM, inside sales, maintenance operations and order administration functions for several technology companies. She was CMO of nuBridges, a data protection and secure file transfer provider; EVP & CMO of Seagull Software, where she helped establish the company as a leader in the legacy systems modernization and integration market, leading to an IPO on the Euronext; and SVP of Marketing for development tool vendor KnowledgeWare, participating in the company's growth from 12 people to over 1200 employees, global distribution, NASDAQ IPO and over $150 million in revenues. She's an avid reader who also enjoys interior design and cooking. Kim holds a Magna Cum Laude B.A. in English from Gettysburg College and completed half of the Marketing MBA program at The University of Michigan.
