Challenge: Forbes works with a variety of wireless providers to provide the coverage needed for both U.S. and international service. This resulted in multiple bills in multiple formats that made tracking contract compliance nearly impossible.
Results: NPI’s analysts reviewed several months of bills and existing contracts to develop a plan for rationalizing bills across carriers, optimizing account features and to simplify moves, adds and changes. NPI then worked with each carrier to develop a custom rate plan that reduced overall charges with each carrier. As a result, Forbes was able to save more than 30 percent over the previous year’s wireless spend.
