About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales team as an Associate Account Executive. This is a hunter role, focused on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within target markets. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. Sales Outreach & Pipeline Management: Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads for fit with our tech enabled solutions, including our premier Benchmarking Service, our Project Advisory Service and our Vantage Pro, supplier software platform. Closing Deals: Close opportunities in your name and support RVP’s on complex deal execution. Own and close smaller deals (≤ $100K ARR) independently or with support from your RVP. Manage full-cycle motions for lower-complexity sales, including scoping, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution. Partner with RVP’s on larger, multi-stakeholder deals. Support negotiations and assist in moving opportunities through the pipeline to close. Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to master sales best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer facing, quota carrying role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a hunter mentality and resilience to thrive in a competitive environment. 2+ years of experience in tech procurement experience a plus General understanding of enterprise sales cycles and SaaS subscription-based business models. Summary NPI is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys contract work, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You’ll support the drafting, review, and execution of service orders, MNDAs, and related commercial documents, helping ensure our agreements reflect NPI standards and move efficiently through to completion. This is a flexible, remote position that plays a key role in supporting NPI’s continued growth and high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Contract Drafting and Review Draft, revise, and review service orders, MNDAs, and related agreements using NPI templates and guidelines. Own contract lifecycle for standard service orders and MNDAs, from intake through signature and filing Identify and escalate material risks related to data privacy, security, liability, and indemnities consistent with risk thresholds. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with NPI’s commercial and risk frameworks. Contract Execution and Workflow Management Manage the signature process using e-signature tools and internal workflows. Track contract status and keep internal stakeholders informed. Maintain organized, up-to-date contract records in NPI systems. Reduce cycle times by ensuring contracts move through approvals within defined SLAs. Monitor and report basic contracting KPIs (e.g., time to signature, common redlines) to support continuous improvement. Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Finance, and other business units to facilitate timely deal execution. Provide clear, business-friendly communication around contract terms and next steps. Support a culture of teamwork, transparency, and mutual accountability. Operational Support Assist the Director of Legal Operations with process improvements and legal ops initiatives. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in contracts, legal operations, paralegal work, or contract administration Strong analytical skills with comfort in reading complex commercial language. Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing legal terms and deviations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce. Experience with e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign). Agile and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with e-signature or CLM tools (e.g., DocuSign, Ironclad, Salesforce-integrated workflows).
