NPI Named a 2021 Atlanta Best Places to Work for 8th Time
ATLANTA – September 1, 2021 – NPI, a trusted provider of IT procurement services to many of the world’s most successful companies, has been named a Best Place to Work in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. This is the sixth year in a row and the eighth time NPI has received this honor.
As an Atlanta Best Places to Work, NPI has taken bold steps to maintain a culture of teamwork, compassion, integrity and accountability during the pandemic. The company has transitioned fully to “work from anywhere,” a move that all employees have embraced. The company then relocated its headquarters to Buckhead and designed its new headquarters space for meetings and ad hoc officing. Additional perks like home office improvement stipends, healthy snack deliveries and digital all-hands quarterly meetings have helped the NPI team stay connected, informed and productive.
Jon Winsett, CEO of NPI, comments: “I am beyond proud of our team. A lot has changed in the last 18 months, but our culture has not. We are as committed to teamwork and delighting our clients as we ever have been. And we continue to attract some of the brightest people in our industry. We are stronger than ever.”
Based on independent survey results, the 2021 Best Places to Work list celebrates 100 of Atlanta’s best employers who demonstrate a strong commitment to employee engagement and satisfaction. Employees are asked to evaluate their company in several areas including job satisfaction, teamwork and benefits, as well as areas related to communication and leadership.
A longstanding member of Atlanta’s tech community, NPI provides price benchmark analysis, license optimization, software audit defense and sourcing support services that help clients eliminate overspending on IT and telecom, and reduce software license compliance risk. NPI clients regularly realize 7- and 8-figure savings.
